that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Services, even
if any such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
VicStream.com does not make any guarantee
about offering services of any kind. VicStream.com maintains the rights
to remove or deny any hosted content at any time without notice or explanation.
VicStream.com holds the right to modify
this agreement and change the terms of service of the website at any
